Our team will meet with you (virtually or physically) to discuss your needs and business conditions. From this call, we will advise a suitable and realistic timeline to provide the correct solution.
Our expert team will 'map' the market one competitor at a time. This will build a list of people in similar positions for us to target. We will then remove anybody who doesn't suit your requirements.
We will discretely approach the list of targeted candidates, we will gauge initial interest in the market and have confidential discussions with them about the opportunity within your business.
We will fully interview candidates using our expertly crafted interview proforma. This will include project details and responsibilities, reporting structures, salaries, notice, reasons for interest and much, much more.
We will highlight the best 3-5 candidates for the role. Then provide you with our recommendations of who to interview based on our interview with the candidate.
We will book interviews for you at suitable times. Following the confirmation from candidates, we will send full calendar invites to yourself meaning you have no admin to do whatsoever.
We will obtain feedback from you within 24 hours of each interview and then final feedback on next steps following all interviews. We will then pass that onto the candidates (so nobody is chasing you) and book next stage interviews.
We will act as your representative, securing candidates in the quickest, most cost effective way. We will advise a mutually beneficial salary, reducing wasted time through rejected offers. We will manage candidates through the resignation process, counter offer, through to start date.
We will check in with new hires, allowing us to provide feedback and ensure the employee is happily settled within your team. This will happen on the following dates:
End of 1st week
End of 1st month
End of 1st quarter
After 6 months
